DroneWorksIQ reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel operations when necessary to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

 
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information

  • Obtaining necessary property access permissions

  • Disclosing known site hazards

  • Ensuring legal authority to request services

  • Coordinating access to restricted facilities when required

DroneWorksIQ is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, denied access, or undisclosed site conditions.

 
7. Ownership of Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered reports, imagery, maps, models, and related project materials for internal business purposes.

  • DroneWorksIQ retains ownership of underlying intellectual property rights.

  • Deliverables may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or commercially reproduced without written permission.

Project-specific ownership rights may be modified through separate written contracts.

DroneWorksIQ will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of client information and project data.

Confidential information does not include information that:
